  • Why: to process and deliver your order, confirm COD orders, send invoices and order updates, screen orders for fraud, and (if you agree) share offers and new arrivals.
  • How: directly from you at checkout.
  • Shared with: Shopify, our courier partners (for delivery), and payment processors.

Customer support information

  • What: messages, photos and videos you send us on WhatsApp, email, Instagram or Facebook.
  • Why: to answer your questions and handle exchanges or complaints.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our store and deliver your orders:

  • Courier companies receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel.
  • Payment providers process online and bank payments.

We may also share information to comply with the laws of Pakistan, respond to a lawful request from authorities, or protect our rights.

We never sell your personal information.
