Shipping Within Pakistan

Parcels cannot be opened or checked before payment is made to the rider (courier company policy), so please do not argue with riders. If you find any issue with your order, WhatsApp us at +92-318-2632269 and we will resolve it.

Shipping Rates

All orders of Rs 3,500 and above get FREE shipping anywhere in Pakistan.

Orders below Rs 3,500 are charged a flat delivery fee of Rs 250.

Delivery Time

Orders within Karachi are delivered in 2–4 working days.

Orders outside Karachi are delivered in 4–8 working days.

Delivery times exclude Sundays, public holidays, and delays caused by weather, strikes or other situations outside our control.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready when the rider arrives.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp or email. For any update, WhatsApp us with your order number.

International Shipping

We ship internationally on request. Please WhatsApp us at +92-318-2632269 for rates, as they depend on your order weight and destination country. Any customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by SA Hijabs.
